Shipping Policy and Times

You should receive your package within 25 days of your purchase. If longer we will verify what happened with the shipping company. Please note that natural disasters or issues within the shipping company are out of our control, but the tracking numbers will be delivered at the time we ship.

When completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and later another one with your tracking number.

All firepits have free shipping to all 48 states. For Alaska and Hawaii please contact us.

For the moment we do not ship to other countries outside the US.

Shipping times can vary depending on the number of orders, If this happens you will receive an email stating it. We will work our best to always deliver your product as soon as possible.

Fire features are handmade and sizes may vary up to an inch and the weight may vary.
