What material is the FirePit made of?

The FirePits are manufactured using a technology called GFRC Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete, the perfect technology for this top quality product.

What is included in the purchase of my FirePit?

The purchase of your FirePit includes a stainless steel burner, a concrete plate where the burner rests, volcanic stone, a safety valve to level the flame level and open/close the gas flow, and the necessary internal piping.

How is the FirePit used?

As simple as a stove, it is only necessary to open the gas valve on one side and with a kitchen lighter light-it carefully, or with the ignition button, if the Firepit has that adaptation.

I don't have a gas connection in the area, what can I do?

If you do not have a gas connection in the area, the FirePits are adapted to LP gas, with a hose that comes out of the stove to a gas tank on the side, up to 5 meters away, you will be able to have your LP gas tank 10 kg, covered with a tank cover in the same color as your FirePit, which can be used as a table or chair.

Are they FirePits heavy?

The FirePits tend to be heavy, depending on the size of the Firepit, the small ones can be carried between 2-3 people, 5-6 people for medium ones, and a crane is necessary for extra-large ones like Manhattan 2 and 3 and Coliseo 2.

Are the FirePits for indoors or outdoors?

The FirePits have special sealants for outdoor use, since the burners are made of stainless steel, they do not rust or corrode over time. The FirePit is adapted to be able to withstand the inclement weather of the sun and rain. It can also be used indoors, this is at the customer's risk, since it works as a heater and produces CO2 when making a fire. We recommend being located in a large and always ventilated area to avoid any possible poisoning/accident.

What is the lifetime of the FirePits?

The FirePits have a lifetime of more than 20 years, however, it is important to check for leaks regularly at least every 3-4 months, since even if it is correctly installed if it is moved, hit or manipulated, this can cause slight gas leaks that it is important to repair as soon as possible.

What precautions should I take when using a FirePit?

Being a gas heater or gas fireplace, the main precaution is to verify that the gas connections are well sealed, that everything is correctly installed by a professional, and that they perform tightness tests once installed. If there is any doubt about a possible leak, consult professionals to guide you to the steps to follow.
